I sent this yesterday in reply to your State Farm.com email to our office. Your auto policy terms runs from 7/27/24-1/27/25. You had requested to cancel in 7/27/24 and then requested to reinstate the policies 9/6/24. The cancelled policies were reinstated with time out of force from 7/27/24-9/4/24 with the same term period, not rewritten. The payment you made on 9/4/24 paid the policies through to renewal on 1/27/25. You now have a bill due for the 6 month renewal for 1/27/25-7/27/25. The two auto policies are on a monthly billing account. You can pay for the 6 month period if you prefer. When I cancelled my policy, my policy was terminated so you don't cover my vehicles it mean I don't have to pay the premium, when I come back I only pay from the day of the new contract in valid. It so ridiculous that I have to pay on the days you don't cover for me, it is the trick"
